#1 Easy, Efficient Organization

One of the first decisions to make is whether to invite an organization like Limousines of Victoria to your school with a full list of vehicles, prices and features available for your big night. This can be organized over one or two lunch times and saves you all the phone calls. This option can help students instantly make the choice for their transport on the night. 

#2 How many people does each vehicle carry?

You can choose to go as one couple in a huge range of classic, sports or modern vehicles, or up to 10 people in a super stretch limousine. In Melbourne very few limos can carry 11 or more passengers with only one legally able to carry 14 passengers. Limousines of Victoria are one of the few companies that can supply many vehicles to arrive at the same time. By booking one company you will reduce the risk of limos arriving at different times. You need to collect $10 from each person upfront. This will assist the person or the parent given the job of booking the transport.

As far ahead as possible to ensure the greatest choice of vehicles. When booking in a large group (more than 4 people) ensure that all the money is collected well before the night to ensure that no one pulls out and leaves the others with the cost of canceling.

Why not finish the night in style and luxury with a stretch limousine. Most will deliver to individual addresses but make sure that you provide all the details on booking. Prices are lower if the same vehicle takes you to and from the function. Again, a budget choice is a party or normal bus.

Things to note:
Within the Luxury Hire Car Industry, bookings or quotes are made for a minimum time of 1 hour. In order to take full advantage of the time you have in the vehicle, and the time you spend cruising, passengers should be located at no more that 2 addresses for pick-up. The usual practice is that extra pickup addresses can cost up to $25. With underage events, no alcohol can be consumed within the vehicles unless parent permission is given.
